Spider 0021 - Enoplognatha ovata - Male

There appears to be a conical protrusion toward the base of the closer of the chelicerae. In this view it is a vertical horn in the center of the photo. The tip is peaking out from behind the mouth parts just above the center of the photo. I'm not totally sure if I'm interpretting this correctly.
