Orb weaver.
This is a female orb weaver, family Araneidae, possibly in the genus Neoscona, though it is nearly impossible to identify many orb weavers from images alone. This is NOT a dangerously venomous spider if that is a concern. No orb weavers are. Thanks for sharing this wonderful image!
