Jumping Spider - species? - Phidippus audax

Jumping Spider - species? - Phidippus audax
Red Slough WMA, McCurtain County, Oklahoma, USA

Moved from Spiders.

Did you find
Him on your rug Dave? Or a bath sponge? Great male.

I found him
in my work truck on the inside of the door which has some carpet like material on it. He apparently came in the window while driving through tall vegetation with the window down. My camera's autofocus has a hard time focusing on jumping spiders for some reason. I think it is because they are so hairy.

I think
this is Phidippus Audax. See http://bugguide.net/node/view/2006/bgimage

Yes...
this is an adult male P. audax. He has nice carapace bands.
