Diapriid Wasp (subfamily Belytinae) - female
Superb shot of a member of a rarely met (or, more exactly, noticed) group. Most parasitize larvae of Mycetophilid Gnats. Unfortunately, close examination of propodeum is necessary to get at genus level. Belyta, Pantoclis and Zygota are the most widespread genera with this shape.
