You know, normally I would say this was apacheanus. But Edwards defined several new species in the SW that look like apacheanus. So I defer to the greater experience out there. I would say odds are in the favor of the more common species.

gut says apache, but Herschel's comment says lets be safe and keep it in genus.

Thanks Jeff....as many at Tom Murray! Yikes that is a ton! I do have several thousand more to go through from my Arizona trip...stay tuned over the next week or so. one tarantula and another orb weaver will be up soon.
