whitefly
Aleyrodids have no discernable wing veins, or at most just a trace of one or two that fade out before the wing margins. Aphids, by contrast, have strong wing veins concentrated on the leading (costal) edge of the wing and branching out towards the other wing edges.

Thanks so much!
I've been puzzling over these little insects for days now. My only remaining dilemma is the presence of a small (and perhaps only single?) cornicle-like structure, seen best on the lateral view of the insect. I guess this is too small for a cornicle (which would have made it an aphid, correct?) - what is this structure?
