Red-bellied Tarantula - Aphonopelma madera

Red-bellied Tarantula - Aphonopelma madera
Madera Canyon, Santa Rita Mts., Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
October 27, 2007
Size: 40 cm
Beautiful little red-bellied Tarantula found at about 5500 - 6000ft. Very disappointed in the quality of image, but no do-overs as you know. While it is a poor quality image, it is accurately colored, ie totally black except for red hairs on abdomen. Looked through guide, but found none similarly colored. Would like an ID if someone knows. Feel free to frass. 1st of 2 images
