You are right, pattern on abdomen and long wings well fit L.hyalinus.

It is not.
This is a Rhopalid, but will belong into another genus (can´t tell which at moment).
Note the characteristic banded legs, and pattern of sides of abdomen observed in Niestrea spp., not present in your bug.
