I don't think So...
No, i'm pretty sure it's not a male black widow. a male spider, yes, but not a widow. Male widows are white, and a dark head. The male's also have a very small black hourglass, like the female's red one.

i can't remember the name of the spider, you're showing here. but i think the female has the same type of legs. a type of orb weaver, i think (but i don't actually know). please tell me if you find out what it is!

yea, i already started to look up male widows just after posting that comment, and found my error. thanks for the Link. in guess sometimes we need to say ignorant things to learn something, huh?
