Is this a garden spider?

Moved
Moved from Furrow spiders.

Common Name
According to the Golden Guide, the common name Garden Spider is the Araneus diadematus. It is also listed as common name Cross Spider. I don't know what this one is, but I don't think it's diadematus. It looks a little more like the furrow spider, Nuctenea cornuta female drawing from the guide.
