Size: < 1/2" I think
This small, late-season wasp or hairless bee is confounding me-- any help with an ID would be most appreciated.

Braconid Wasp - subfamily Cheloninae
Fused urotergites are typical of this group.

What a coincidence--I just finished writing a glossary entry for urotergite, a term one does not see too often, but it is very important for hymenoptera!

I see, looking at this photo, that they are indeed fused--very cool.
