Could it be a male Gea heptagon?

 
Not an expert
But I think that the eyes (what I can make out) appear wrong for an orb weaver. The center top pair seem pretty far apart. And there appears to be a pair on the side pointing backwards. Still, I'm not 100% sure. Compare to these
