Setwing? - Dythemis

Setwing? - Dythemis
San Antonio, Leon Creek Greenway, Bexar County, Texas, USA
November 11, 2007
I'm guessing that this is a Setwing based on its pose, however, I'm having trouble identifying it (even with the limited choices available). Can anybody point me in the right direction?

looks like Black
Reading through Abbott, this seems to be a Black Setwing (D. nigrescens) based on the browish legs (assuming I'm seeing that correctly), amount of adbominal spotting, and HII-ish pattern on the thorax. I'm not totally sure about the thorax, but it doesn't look like the YIY of Swift Setwing.
