Silver-spotted Skipper - Epargyreus clarus

Silver-spotted Skipper - Epargyreus clarus
Medford, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
August 4, 2007
Size: Maybe around 3 cm?
Is it possible to tell gender with this species?

Species
Well, if there's a possible way to tell which species, I can't seem to find it. I checked several sources, online, print, etc. and none seem to describe the differences between male and female Silver-Spotted Skippers.

I can't even say that from my own personal experience - watching them for signs of behavior - have I been able to differentiate the two sexes.
