I realize the image is not very focused but hopefully the distinctive marking on it's back will be enough for an ID. I only got one shot because it dropped to the ground and disappeared immediately, lol.

This is one of the "running spiders" in the Gnaphosidae, or one of its derivative families....Spiders used to be relatively straightforward (sigh).

 
Wrong
again (sigh). Not a running spider and not a derivative family of Gnaphosidae.
