taken from the same pan traps as the previous images I submitted. I want to call it a Diapriidae: Belytinae sp. Anyone have a second opinion? Comments much appreciated.

Yes - a male
They have much longer and thinner antennae than females in this group. Forewing venation is quite typical and could, at worst, only be confused with some Cynipoid Wasps.
