There were a few of these under a rock with a small colony of what I think were Odorous Ants (Dolichoderinae).

 
Interesting observation
Pseudosinella rolfsi is normally not associated with ants (such as Cyphoderus). It is quite common though in the USA. Most found in the upper soil leaf litter layer. Rarely found in caves.

IN the USA, there are about 20 species of unpigmented Pseudosinella without eyes...
Pseudosinella rolfsi has a typically large mesothorax, expanded laterally (never anteriorly), approaching in this way that of Cyphoderus. So, it can be confused with it if the furca cannot be seen.
