Widow Skimmer 2 - Libellula luctuosa - Male

I think this shows a male Widow Skimmer but will wait for confirmation before moving it to:
"libellula luctuosa".

I suspect this is the same specimen as Widow Skimmer 1 but this photo was taken one day later than that one.
