A male Hylaeus sp? Not sure if those are mout parts or there is something in there.

Also, is that a Thrip on the flower above his head? I added an enlarged view here.

Thanks John. I thought it might be H. leptocephalus but the only image in the guide is of a female I'd taken a year ago and you'd identified.
