Could it be?
Could it be sericeus?
To my untrained eyes it looks like this
IDed as sericeus.
With those pollen baskets it must be a female.

But, not sure if the abdominal stripes match up but the range would be correct. Wait on somebody that knows a lot more than me.

Thank you Sam for your comment and ID. I added another view for maybe a bit of a better view of the abdominal stripes. I'll wait a bit before I edit and move. It was about 10mm in length.

Size seems to match good also.
If this turns out to be Agapostemon virescens....I would say this is a male due to the yellowish erect hair around the abdomen. The female has white hair....according to Audubon that is....
