Ambush Bug -- Phymata sp. - Phymata
Dragoon Mountain foothills, Cochise County, Arizona, USA

Size: about 9 mm
I believe this is Phymata sp. Is it possible to determine the species? These bugs were quite common on Rabbitbrush (Chrysothamnus sp.) today and were snagging butterflies right and left.
