Just a wild guess - syrphid
Based on enlarged femur on rear leg. Syritta pipiens is one of about three candidates.

of Sciomyzidae, but I wasnt sure

 
I think we're both wrong. Try this one:


I've a hunch it's a syrphid, which is easily proved/disproven by wing veins, right?
