The orange and black color pattern, compressed abdomen, the propodeum extending over the mid-coxae, short, stout ovipositor, and a large, notched, and triangular hypopygium that doesn't extend beyond the apex of the abdomen indicates a female in this subfamily. They are major caterpillar hunters. Nice find.
