Looks to me like...
Syssphinx hubbardi - Hubbard's Small Silkmoth - Hodges#7711

First guide record for Texas if I ID'd it correctly.

Thanks! Changed name and moved to guide.

It looks like you ID'd it right
Pretty sure its Syssphinx hubbardi, but it could also be Syssphinx heiligbrodti. I think you're right though.

Thanks! I now wait for furthe
Thanks! I now wait for further comments.

sorry to confuse...
According to the Wild Silk Moths of North America, S. hubbardi does not range as far east as Bexar County. Also S. hubbardi has darker slate gray forewings as oppose to S. heiligbrodti which has lighter forewings and does range in Bexar County and there has been confirmed specimens from Bexar. So I'm leaning much more towards S. heiligbrodti.

Should I now change the name
Should I now change the name to S. heiligbrodti or wait for more info?

I would say change it. I used very good references and it most likely is S. heiligbrodti.
