Indeed. A character to look for in pictures showing only the lateral aspect (and in which one cannot see the black dorsal patch at its bottom) is the light coloured pattern of spots at the lateral posterior almost ventral part of the body. The typical pattern = a moon shaped spot surrounded at the outer side (the convex side) by a series of circular spots. In this particular picture one can see the moon shaped (comma shaped) spot and 3 circular spots.
