Belongs to the interrupta group, not the scripta group, and is likely C. knabi but host plant is needed to properly assign to species.

Moved from Beetles.

Chrysomela cf lineatopunctata
I tried to key this one and I ended up with Chrysomela lineatopunctata which is known from your state. The species in this genus are very similar in appaerence though and C. scripta and C. laurentia are other possibilities (not known from Wisconsin though)

Definitely same genus
as the one thumbed by the Balabans.
