Capnobotes, likely arizonensis
Very cool--if I remember correctly where Inyo County is, by range looks like it should be the Arizona longwing, Capnobotes arizonensis--see SINA.

A new guide for the species is here when you are ready to move your images, and assuming nobody else contradicts this.

Thanks, I had remembered it correctly, and also looked it up on the Internet! I think we can presume the species based on the locality and the range maps at the site I listed above.
