Why Band-winged?
Why is this a Band-winged Meadowhawk instead of something in the obtrusum group? Was it examined in-hand?

We had the same question when Janice
posted this to Band-winged. But Janice has passed and won't be able to answer. We just moved it now when making up the new subspecies pages. We moved all posted species without judging them. If you feel this does not belong here, yes, please do certainly move it where you think it belongs. We don't think this is band-winged either.

Wow! A band-winged
without wing bands. That's confusing!
