Any possibility of at least a genus on this? I won't hold my breath though... these are hard!

Agabus species
Definitely an Agabus. Beyond that you need to key out the specimen since there are so many species in this genus that look exceedingly similar

My guess:
Aga*bus. I´m not very used to water beetles, though . . .
