This is Papilio palamedes. Closely related to Tiger Swallowtails, so the caterpillars look similar, but the adults are mostly black. The lack of a cross stripe behind the eye spots is a good clue.
Can't help with the identity of the parasites, though they do look like eggs. If they hatched, they probably consumed the caterpillar (or pupa) from the inside, and it most likely never made it to become an adult butterfly.
