I hope I'm right on the ID. Seems to match the identifiers of the species but let me know if I've made a mistake.

Teliapsocus conterminus
I would agree Chris. Looks like you found a very gravid female Teliapsocus conterminus; Family Dasydamellidae. I wish I lived on the west coast and could find Psocoptera so late in the year.
