unknown spotted flyer 1 - Longistigma caryae

Size: 10 mm
I am at a total loss as to what species this critter actually is. Maybe a wasp, maybe not. It was very active and I only managed to get a couple of less than focused shots that are not worth adding to the guide but hopefully they are good enough to obtain an ID. Help please.

just like what I captured. Thanks a bunch. I would never have thought to look in aphids for an ID, lol.
