Possibly a ternal specimen?

Photographed near Curlew Lake, ~10 miles Northeast of Republic, ~20 Miles south of the Canadian Border, ~150 miles east of the Cascade mountains, ~2100 ft in elevation.

Not necessarily teneral,
but relatively recently eclosed. Paulson refers to this as immature brown-form female, Ischnura cervula.
