Looks a bit like Distenia but all the other pictures in the guide and elsewhere show more slender bodies.

In addition to the characters...
...already known for separating this species from the similar U. despectus, Lingafelter (2007) mentioned the white marking on the medial sutural area - you can see it real good in this picture, a nice character to use when the others (elytral apices, scutellum, etc.) aren't quite so visible.

Urographis fasciatus (male).
Reasonably positive that this is a male of Urographis fasciatus. Nice shots!
