Cliff Ferris, to whom I sent your image, agrees that this looks like washakiensis. This recently described species was previously overlooked in many lists. This is the only image I have found of a live example. Nice!

Barcode does a poor job of differentiating species in Pero and I did notice examples that seemed intermediate between this and closely related species. This, however, seemed pretty spot on. I'm adding it to MPG.
