I'm sorry, you seem to be conflating two genera
This is a golden silk orbweaver, Nephila clavipes. There is an orbweaver named Argiope, but this is not it. We have guide pages on each one (follow the links I provided above) - most of the info you list here is about Nephila, not Argiope. I'm glad you are taking such a favorable interest in one of my favorite spiders, though : )
