Would appreciate confirmation whether this is a Hackberry Emperor butterfly? Thanks for your help.

Yes, this is a Hackberry (Asterocampa celtis). Notice the bar and 2 spots on the leading edge of the forewing and dark spots on the submargin of the forewings.
