Size: 3mm
A hearty little ant out foraging on a cool December day. Captured on a bamboo leaf. Doesn't look like Prenolepis imparis though, which is what I thought it was when I first saw it.

Odorous Ant (Dolichoderinae) - worker
Overall outline, e.g. petiolar scale not visible from above, matches fairly well with Tapinoma. But this one ant seems more slender than T. sessile, with a peculiar ashy hue.
That's why I think more careful to stay at subfamily level.
