Was hiding under a bridge railing - some (comparatively) huge forelegs here!

Crab Spiders (Thomisidae)
This looks like one of the Crab Spiders (Thomisidae). An image of the eyes is very helpful with these, however I believe this is probably one of the Flower Spiders (Genus Misumenops) (based on coloring and hairyness)
