Unknown Carrion Beetle - Necrophilus hydrophiloides

Unknown Carrion Beetle - Necrophilus hydrophiloides
Forest Grove, Washington County, Oregon, USA
March 23, 2003
Size: 11 mm
I cannot find this beetle in the carrion beetles. Is it in fact a silphidae species? Any ID help would be appreciated. It's elytra are rather dimpled or punctate.

The heavily striated elytra d
The heavily striated elytra don't seem to fit any Silphid in the guide.. but the pronotum and clubbed antenae look like one. Guy will know for sure if it's a Silphid, if it isn't maybe Jim or Philip will know

not a silphid
it is something in the primitive carrion beetles (Agyrtidae) I am thinking genus Necrophilus

Like to have a few
if you happened to collect more, Id like to have some examples here.

Sorry
I live in FL now but collected just the one when I lived in Oregon. Thanks for the help with the ID. I moved it to the correct family.
