This PDF doc
describes and illustrates all North American species of
Chariesterus
, and I'm thinking this one might be
C. albiventris
instead of
antennator
. There's several features that can be used to distinguish the two, but a photo showing more close-up detail would be needed to be certain of the ID. Do you have a larger version of this pic? Or any other shots of this individual from different angles?

checked
other images of the genus/species outside bugguide and descriptive notes correspond with this adult.
For the larva, I saw a discussion is on them already . . .

to me, the nymphs look too different to believe on the spot, the´re the same species.
