Lasius sp. perhaps? I've never seen ant pupae before, only cocoons.

False Honey Ants (Prenolepis imparis)
A young worker carrying a fresh female pupa, a so-called callow worker (just emerged from pupa), and worker pupae of various oldness
Pupae of this genus don't spin a cocoon, an exception rather than the rule among Formicine Ants.
