Pogonognathellus flavescens
I agree with Sam the specimen resembles the Tomocerus minor specimen.
But note the differences:
1. the 3rd antennal segment (the longest one) tapers more distinctly in Pogonognathellus then in Tomocerus (where it looks more cylindrically)
2. the proportional length of the 4th and 3rd antennal segment:
in Pogonognathellus the ratio of 3rd to 4th antennal segment is much larger than in Tomocerus. In other words: the 4th antennal segment is proportionally larger in Tomocerus.

Pogonognathellus flavescens normally has a silvergrey appearance. In this picture it is darker. Probably caused by the light background. The problem with colours in Tomoceridae is that they are the result of iridisation effects and therefore they may vary depending on environmental light conditions...
