Size Matters!
It looks to be something in Apatides or Amphicerus. The picture looks a lot like Apatides fortis, but the proportion of length to width seems a bit off. A. fortis is a robust, large bostrichid in the 16 mm range.

Then its probably not A. fortis. Like I said, it looks too wide (or too short) in the picture. Still, its something close by.

Amphicerus cornutus
I pulled out the my old reference collection and it looks to be Amphicerus cornutus. The only thing that bothers me is that all of my specimens have a dense patch of hair on the frons, and yours doesn't show this. My specimens run from 10-13 mm.
