Aphids being tended by ants on the underside of leaves of what appears to be a type of willow.

The worker Ant...
is a Formica of the fusca group (a brown, rather than black, species, hence by no way F. fusca herself).

I didn't think that the ant would get identified. I do have another photo of the same group with the ant in better focus; perhaps I should post that as well.
