At any rate..
This one is a sexual female (queen), for a worker wouldn't have so well developped ocelli.
Identifying these small Ponerines even at the genus level is no simple matter. But such an excellent close-up, showing well the main features of clypeus and mandibles, should really help. Don't give up!
