I think it may be a
Stalk Borer Moth - Papaipema nebris 9496. From what I gather they don't always show white spotting but can be smoky. See some examples
Here. Would like a second opinion here.

Gary. That looks like a definite possibility. I had arrived at Papaipema eupatorii as a possible ID from the MPG images but All Lep opens a whole new possibility. I'll wait for others to weigh in before moving. Merry Christmas!

 
Papaipema
I believe it is indeed a Papaipema nebris. The reason being is the curve in the AM line (which admittedly can barely be seen here) just before it approaches the inner margin.
