at genus level in Pelesta is probably best. See the discussion here.

With this species firmly in mind after Lloyd's comments on other photos and catching/photographing some recently, this is best placed as P. placida.

I didn't measure it, but 15 mm is about the size it was.

No size
but if about 15 mm I would say Perlodidae, Isoperla sp.
