Found under some particle board in a rugby field in the park I was at.

Ptenothrix atra
I agree it resembles Dicyrtoma fusca, given the white feet.
But Ptenothrix atra has also white apical antennae. This is hard to see in the pictures.
Note also this difference in lateral aspect between Dicyrtoma and Ptenothrix: the angle between the large abdomen and the small abdomen:
if larger then 90 degrees it is Dicyrtoma (or Dicyrtomina); the small abdomen is directed downwards.
if smaller then 90 degrees it is Ptenothrix; the small abdomen is directed more posteriorly.
