Fly on ceiling - Penthetria heteroptera

Size: 1-2 cm
Found indoors hanging from a ceiling. The door from the room to the outside is frequently opened. There is a small swamp about 100 meters away.

This is something in the family Bibionidae, the March Flies. Great pic, hopefully someone will get it to genus or species for you
